SUPERMINER^® MOBILE PLANT, 200 TPH CAPACITY

DOVE supplied a SUPERMINER^® (SC-200D) fully integrated Mobile Processing Plant with processing capacity 200 tons per hour for recovery of precious stones in Nigeria.

Plant site preparation, site assembly, installation, test run and training were performed by DOVE technical team in July 2024.

Plant is configured with a large feed hopper (4.5 x 4.5 x 2.8) meters, designed to be fed by Earth-Moving equipment, as well as a large vibrating grizzly for rejection of oversize rocks, and 25-meter conveyor belt assembly for continuous feeding of the ore to the processing plant.
The plant is supplied with a heavy-duty classifier, configured with clay-breaker mechanism and scrubber component and high-pressure hydraulic network for effective breaking of heavy clay ore.
The plant is also configured with primary concentrators as well as secondary concentrators to ensure the highest recovery of all precious stones.
The plant is also configured with a complete security system to protect the recovered precious stones from unauthorized access.
The plant is configured on full-size trailers in order to facilitate ease of logistics and movement of the plant to a new site.
The configuration of the mobile plant also eliminates the time and additional expenses for site construction, which is normally required for stationary plants, which resulted in saving costs as well speeding up the plant production start-up.
The plant is 100% environment-friendly and is configured with complete hydraulic network, using only recycled water to comply with environmental safety.

Th plant is configured for future upgrade and addition of tailing management module.
