EXPLORER^®  MERCURY-FREE ALLUVIAL GOLD PROCESSING PLANT, CAPACITY 30 TPH.

DOVE supplied mercury-free EXPLORER^® alluvial portable processing plant with capacity of 30 TPH for alluvial gold mining in Sierra Leone. The plant is designed and configured for 100% recovery of gold production with no loss. The plant is 100% environment-friendly, uses no toxic chemicals, uses only recycled water.

The plant is configured with security system to protect production against unauthorized access.

EXPLORER^® plant is configured with dry feeding system, multistage gold classifier, jig concentrators for recovery of coarse gold and VBS^® Concentrator for recovery of fine gold.
Plant included centrifugal pump with complete hydraulic network.

The plant is fully electrical, powered by the single generator. Plant included complete gold room with concentrating table for the final cleanup of the gold concentrate and melting furnace for melting gold into doré bars, and complete set of stamping tools.

DOVE supplied complete technical services, which included plant design, site design, plant assembly, installation, test run and training.
