DESERTMINER® APPLICATION

DOVE DESERTMINER® plants, also known as Dry Processing Plants, are mineral processing plants specifically designed by DOVE, with advanced processing and recovery capabilities.

DESERTMINER® plants are configured for the simultaneous concentration, separation & recovery of gold, platinum metals, base metals, ferrous metals from Alluvial deposits, as well as Hard Rock deposits, that are located in dry areas, where water is not accessible.

FEATURES:

  • EFFICIENCY: DESERTMINER® is a fully integrated processing plant designed and configured for the highest recovery of gold and other metals and minerals.
  • LOW OPERATING COST: DESERTMINER® efficiently operates and processes the ore without using water. The DESERTMINER® does not require water pumps, slurry pumps, hydraulic system and other hydraulic related installations, resulting in a lower operating and maintenance cost.

  • ECONOMICAL: DESERTMINER® Dry ore may be efficiently separated at the economical releasing point of the minerals, thus making resulting products are dry and are handles, shipped and marketed at less cost than wet Processing methods.
  • HIGH RECOVERY: DESERTMINER® will successfully treat ores which are not amenable to wet concentration due to the greater sensitivity to slight differences in density of the particles.

  • USER-FRIENDLY: DESERTMINER® is easy to install and operate, and only requires 3-4 days of training to run and maintain the plants, with no prior experience.
  • LOCATION FLEXIBILITY: DESERTMINER® can be installed anywhere, even in the most remote areas, as its location is not limited by water supply availability and proximity.
  • ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY: DESERTMINER® is 100% environment-friendly as its concentration and recovery stages do not require the use of any water or chemicals, such as mercury and cyanide.

DESERTMINER® plants for alluvial (placer) deposits are supplied in 8 models, with  a capacity range of 2–50 TPH.

DESERTMINER® plants for hard rock (primary) deposits are supplied in 8 models, with a capacity range of 2–50 TPH.

All DOVE equipment carries a standard Manufacturer’s Warranty, which can be extended to 5 years, in addition to lifetime spare parts supply service.

DOVE provides full technical services worldwide, including plant engineering design, mining site construction design, site assembly, installation, test run and training.
