DOVE EXPLORER^® portable plant, 40 TPH.

DOVE supplied EXPLORER^® Portable Processing Plant for the recovery of precious gemstones (spinel and rubies) from an alluvial (placer) deposit in Tanzania. The plant was also configured for the recovery of gold as a secondary product.

The plant was configured for direct feeding into the Feed Hopper, equipped with a rugged Grizzly Separator to remove oversized rocks. Due to the high clay content of the ore, the classifier was configured with a clay-breaking mechanism.

The plant capacity was set at 40 TPH and configured with primary and secondary concentrators for the recovery of precious gemstones, as well as an additional concentrator for the recovery of fine gold.
