DOVE Bulk Feed Hoppers, also referred to as Bulk Bin, are manufactured with most robust construction, assuring harsh site conditions and continuous loading impacts, offering complete reliability and consistent performance.

DOVE manufacture and supplies Feed Hoppers, for both Dry Feed configuration (Dry Feed Hopper), as well as Wet Feed Configuration (Wet Feed Hopper) for wet feeding configuration.

DOVE standard feed hoppers are produced in 4 models with capacity range of 3-17 cubic meters, how ever DOVE also custom build bulk feed hoppers according to the project specifications, design for various type of material including various ore type in mining industry, aggregates, solid waste, or lighter material.

DOVE supplies the largest range of Bulk Feed Hoppers configured either with DOVE Electromagnetic Vibrating feeders, with capacity range of (5 – 1400 Tons/Hour), or configured with DOVE Vibrating Grizzly Feeders, with capacity range of (5 – 700 Tons/Hour) feed rate.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES:

DOVE Dry Bulk Feed Hoppers are configured as a primary feed point for various project, and depending on the size, it can be feed by Dump Truck, or Loader, or Excavator. DOVE Feed Hoppers are also configured in various stages of the processing plant, configured as feed point to certain equipment and components of the processing plant, which can be feed by Conveyer belt feeder.
