EXPLORER^® portable processing plant, capacity 50-60 TPH.

DOVE just upgraded, installed and put in operation EXPLORER^® EC-50D Portable processing plant for production of precious gemstones in Nigeria. The plant feed capacity is 50-60 TPH.
The plant is configured with wet bulk hoper, designed for bulk feeding the ore, using dump truck or other earth morning equipment, and high-pressure cannon, designed for treatment of heavy and sticky clay ore.
Plant is 100 % environment-friendly, uses only recycled water. Plant is designed with primary and secondary concentrators to ensure 100% recovery of precious stones down to 2 mm.
Plant includes security system to protect gemstone production from unauthorized access.
