DOVE Circular Vibrating Screens, also referred to as High Frequency Vibrating Screens are highly efficient type of classifiers, well known in the industry, used for quantitative feeding of material to be continuously and uniformly segregated according to their size, into various sizes.
DOVE Vibrating Screens are powered with advanced Circular Vibration technology, which results in longer material sieves drip line and higher efficiency in screening and particles segregation.
DOVE supplies the largest range of Circular Vibrating Screens, in 54 standard models, with capacity range of (10 – 1300) Tons/ Hour, with widths from 1200 –3000 mm (47.24 -118.11 Inch) wide, and 3000-7300 mm (118.11-287.40 Inch) Long.

- DOVE Circular Vibrating Screens are supplied in various designs and specifications, either as Inclined Vibrating Screen, or Horizontal Vibrating Screen.
- DOVE Vibrating Screens are supplied as Wet Vibrating Screen or Dry Vibrating Screen. The Wet Vibrating Screens are configured with high pressure Jet Spray network.
- DOVE Circular Vibrating Screens are designed with Precise engineering specifications, where the Lengths are about 2.5 times the width, to deliver the highest ore throughput and capacity to the overall efficiency and material segregation performance.

APPLICATIONS:
DOVE Circulating Vibrating Screens are essential component of processing plants, designed for classification and separation of various types of material according to pre-determined sizes.
Integration of DOVE Vibrating Screens within the processing plants results in maximizing the performance of the crushers, by sizing the material feed to the crusher and efficiently removed the final product from the crushing circuit and return the oversize back for further crushing. This will result is reduction of operating and maintenance cost.
Simultaneously, it results in increasing the efficiency of the grinding circuit, by allowing only the selected size to flow to the Ball mill and eliminate the oversize from entering the Ball Mill. This will results in reduction of operating and maintenance cost.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES:
DOVE Circulating Vibrating Screens are highly efficient classifiers, representing a major component of every processing plant. They efficiently separate the material into various sizes, to be forwarded to the next step in the processing plant.
They enable crushers to achieve maximum efficiency, by sizing the Ore feed to the Crusher and efficiently removing the correct size of ore from the circuit to be supplied to the Ball Mill for Grinding.
DOVE Circulating Vibrating Screens components are mainly consisted of Screen Box, Screen Mesh, Vibrating Motor, and Damping Springs. Vibrating is installed in the side panels of the Screen box, powered by electric motor, and driven through coupling, which produces the Centrifugal inertia, causing the screen box Circulating vibration.
DOVE Circulating Vibrating Screens are configured with user friendly and easy controls to make various adjustment to the Vibrating Screen operation, in respect to the type of material to be classified and segregated. The Screen surface angle can be adjusted by changing the height of the Spring bearing, The Screen plate is available with Perforated sieve plate, or Rubber sieve plate, either single layer or double layer, or other types of screen sieve plate, as per the requirements. The Motor can be located on the left or the right side of the screen box.
