DOVE manufactures and supplies Feed Hoppers, for both Dry Feed configuration (Dry Feed Hopper), as well as Wet Feed Configuration (Wet Feed Hopper) for wet feeding configuration.

DOVE standard Wet Feed Hoppers are produced in 9 models with capacity range of (2.4 – 142.8) Cubic Meters (3.1 – 186.7) Cubic Yards, however DOVE also custom build Bulk Wet Feed Hoppers according to the project specifications, design for various type of material including various ore type in mining industry, aggregates, solid waste, or lighter material.

DOVE supplies the largest range of Wet Bulk Feed Hoppers configured either with DOVE Electromagnetic Vibrating feeders, with capacity range of (5 – 1400 Tons/Hour), or configured with DOVE Vibrating Grizzly Feeders, with capacity range of (5 – 700 Tons/Hour) feed rate, or DOVE Static Grizzly Feeders.

• DOVE Wet Feed Hoppers are fabricated with cold rolled steel, and also can configured with High Pressure Jet Spray Hydraulic Net work around the Hopper, to facilitate the breaking of Clay lumps, to free precious minerals liberation from host clay.

• DOVE Wet Feed Hoppers are supplied in various size and specifications for Mining industry, Construction material, Silica, and chemical plants.
• DOVE Wet Bulk Feed Hoppers are designed to be configured with DOVE High pressure Jet Monitors (DOVE Hydraulic Cannons), to assist in Breaking the Clay lumps and mainly assist in moving the slurry Ore to the Grizzly Separators.

All DOVE equipment carry a standard Manufacturer’s Warranty, which can be extended to 5 years, in addition to lifetime spare parts supply service.

DOVE Wet Bulk Feed Hoppers are configured as a primary feed point for various wet processing plants, and depending on the size, it can be feed by Dump Truck, or Loader, or Excavator. DOVE Wet Bulk Feed Hoppers are also configured in various stages of the wet processing plants, configured as feed point to certain equipment and components of the processing plant, which can be feed by Slurry Feed Channel, or combination of Sump Tank & Slurry Pump.
