SUPERMINER^® MOBILE ALLUVIAL PROCESSING PLANT, 50 TPH.

DOVE supplied a SUPERMINER^® Mobile Gold Processing Plant with a capacity of 50 TPH for an alluvial (placer) gold mining project in Pakistan.

This plant represents the first professional gold processing plant in Pakistan, designed exclusively for the highest recovery of gold. It is configured with a multi-stage classifier and advanced concentrators for the recovery of fine gold particles down to 40 microns, as well as coarse gold particles.

The plant is 100% environment-friendly and uses no chemicals. It is designed to use only recycled water from the tailings pond. The plant is also configured with a water treatment system to provide clean recycled water to the high-pressure centrifugal injection pump.

The plant is configured with a security system to protect gold production from unauthorized access and eliminate the possibility of production theft.
