DOVE Equipment & Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2019 customized and supplied a complete 50-60 TPH Processing Plant configured for recovery of placer and quartz rock gold, configured for 100% recovery of gold particles with no loss.

Plant is configured with multistage concentrators, utilizing Jig concentrators for the recovery of coarse gold (+ 2mm), as well is centrifugal gold concentrators for recovery of fine gold down to 40 microns (0.040 mm).

The ore is associated with the presence of a high volume of iron ore (Fe), silicon dioxide (SiO2), aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃), manganese (Mn) and other heavy minerals. DOVE has configured the plant to efficiently separate the gold from the excessive iron ore and heavy minerals.

In the event of economic feasibility, plant is configured for integration of DOVE Flotation module for recovery of superfine gold particles below 40 microns (- 0.040mm).

The plant is 100% environment safe, uses only recycled water with high precision for 100% recovery of gold production down to 40 microns (0.040mm).

The plant configured with full security system and locking mechanism to protect the production against unauthorized access.
