SUDAN / ALLUVIAL GOLD PROJECT / 1993

DOVE Equipment & Machinery Co., Ltd. In 1993 supplied 10-15 TPH (solids) Alluvial Portable Gold Processing Plant (Portable Gold Wash Plant) to Sudan. Plant was configured with Trommel classifier and feed hopper, complete Hydraulic Network. Plant was integrated with Two levels of Concentrators for the recovery of gold production. The Gold wash plant was configured with Jig Concentrator for the recovery of Gold Nuggets and all material bellow (3 mm) were forwarded to VBS^® concentrator for the recovery of fine gold particles down to 0.050 mm (50 microns). The plant is configured for direct feeding and supplied with high-pressure Centrifugal Water Pump and hydraulic system to supply water to the plant. The plant was powered with diesel Engine. Plant was equipped with Trailer and Hitch Mechanism, to facilitate rapid logistics in the field.

The plant was designed with full security system and locking mechanism to protect the production against unauthorized access.
