EXPLORER^® alluvial gold portable plant, capacity 30 TPH.

DOVE supplied EXPLORER^® Portable Gold Processing Plant with capacity 30 TPH for alluvial gold mining in Sierra Leone.

Plant is designed for 100% recovery of alluvial gold, with no loss, down to 40 microns particle size. Plant has security system and locking mechanism to provide security of gold production against unauthorized access.

EXPLORER^® plant is designed with dry Feeding system, multi-stage Gold Trommel, Jig concentrator and VBS^® concentrator. Plant components are configured with wheel-sets to provide portability in the mining site.

EXPLORER^® Portable processing plant is 100% environment-friendly, use no chemicals and require only recycled water for recovery of production with no loss.
