DOVE Equipment & Machinery Co., Ltd. In 2017 supplied 3-5 TPH (solids) Portable Processing Plant (Portable Diamond Wash Plant), for the recovery of Diamond, and color gemstones simultaneously. The Processing plant is part of DOVE Portable Exploration series, mainly designed for rapid mobility in the field to conduct exploration and small production. The Ore consisted of alluvial material extracted from the bank of the river, contains Diamonds and color gemstones.
The plant is designed for direct feeding and configured with Trommel Classifier and Feed Hopper, as well as duplex Jig Concentrator, powered with diesel Engine, and detachable Trailer and Hitch mechanism, designed for rapid logistics in the field.
The plant was also configured with full security system and locking mechanism to protect the production against unauthorized access.
