GOLD WASH PLANT IN COLOMBIA
DOVE Equipment in 2018 supplied complete Poratble processing plant for alluvial gold mine (Gold Wash Plant) to Colombia.
The capacity of the plant is 150-170 TPH (solids), and it comes with standard configuration to recover coarse and fine gold production through Trommel Scrubber Classifier, Jig Concentrators for ther concentration and recovery of coarse gold and VBS Concentrators for recovery of fine gold bellow 2 mm, followed by Gold Concentrating Tables for final separation and cleanup of recovered production. The ore was supplied to the plant through Ore Feed Hopper and by use of dump truck. The processing plant was configured with production security system and locking mechanism, in order to prevent the unauthorized access and theft of production.
