The EXPLORER® Portable Processing Plants are Portable Wash Plants exclusively designed, patented and developed by DOVE, for surface mining of alluvial (placer) Gold, Diamonds, color Gemstones, Base metals and Ferrous metals.

EXPLORER® Portable Alluvial Processing Plants (Portable Wash Plants) are produced in 47 models, with capacity ranging from 3-1,000 TPH (metric tons per hour) solids (30-10,000 metric tons per day) single shift of operation.

EXPLORER® Portable Gold Processing Plants are designed for recovery of alluvial Gold and are configured with our specialized Multi-Stage Classifier designed with Scrubber and Clay breaker mechanism. Plant configuration enables the separation of fines from mid-size material and oversize rejects at early stage, to eliminate any chance for loss of fine gold, while simultaneously resolving and processing the heavy clay content as well. In combination with our Duplex Jig Concentrators, DOVE Centrifugal Concentrators, or VBS® Concentrators, EXPLORER® plants ensure the capture of both gold nuggets over 2 mm, and fine Gold below 2 mm all the way down to 40 microns (0.040mm), with absolutely no loss and 100% recovery.

EXPLORER® PORTABLE DIAMOND PROCESSING PLANTS
(PORTABLE DIAMOND WASH PLANTS)
EXPLORER® Portable Diamond Processing Plants are designed for recovery of alluvial Diamonds and color Gemstones. The plants are configured with our Trommels Classifier Screens / Scrubber Screens, which enables the plant to thoroughly wash the ore and break the hosting clay. Together, with the addition of our Duplex Primary and Secondary Jig Concentrators, or Scavenger Jig Modules, it becomes possible to simultaneously process, concentrate, and separate coarse and fine Diamonds down to 2 mm, with 100% recovery and absolutely no loss. In cases of requirements to recover Diamonds below 2mm, plants can be configured with the supplementing of VBS® Concentrator.

EXPLORER® PORTABLE GOLD AND DIAMOND PROCESSING PLANTS (PORTABLE GOLD AND DIAMOND WASH PLANTS)
EXPLORER® Portable Gold and Diamond Processing Plants are exclusively designed for recovery of Gold and Diamonds simultaneously. Plants are configured with specialized DOVE Multi-Stage Classifier designed with Scrubber and Clay breaker mechanism, enabling the separation of fines from mid-size material and oversize rejects at early stage, to eliminate any chance for loss of fine Gold & Diamonds, simultaneously as well as resolving the heavy clay content and liberating the gold and diamonds from the host clay. Duplex Primary and Secondary Jig Concentrators and Scavenger Jig Modules for the recovery of gold nuggets and coarse diamonds over 2 mm, and DOVE Centrifugal Gold Concentrators or alternatively VBS® Concentrators for the recovery of fine Gold and Diamond particles below 2 mm. The plants are designed to achieve 100% recovery of Gold and Diamond particles simultaneously, all the way down to 40 microns (0.040 mm), with no loss.
