In nature, it often happens that various valuable metals and minerals are contained in the same ore. Following this, gold and diamonds are often found contained in the same ore.
DOVE designs and supplies plants specifically for the simultaneous and continuous recovery of gold and diamonds. These plants are configured differently from gold-only processing plants or diamond-only processing plants. For deposits containing both minerals, DOVE plants allow recovery through one continuous processing system. The process involved in recovering both gold and diamonds from the same ore is different from the process used to recover them separately.
The plants recover gold and diamonds with the highest recovery, efficiently and automatically, requiring little to no human supervision. DOVE offers the following plants with special configuration to recover gold and diamonds simultaneously, including recovery of fine gold down to micron size.
DOVE Processing Plants for Simultaneous and Continuous Recovery of Gold and Diamonds
EXPLORER® Portable plants are produced in 16 models, designed for combination of gold and diamonds in the same mining operations. Plants are supplied with processing capacity ranging from 10-1,000 TPH solids (100-10,000 TPD) single shift of operation.

SUPERMINER® Mobile plants are produced in 9 models, designed for combination of gold and diamonds in the same mining operations, with capacity range of 10-200 TPH solids (40-800 m3/hour slurry).

All DOVE equipment carry a standard Manufacturer’s Warranty, which can be extended to 5 years, in addition to lifetime spare parts supply service.
