GOLD MINING EQUIPMENT FOR ALLUVIAL GOLD MINING PROJECT IN MALI
DOVE Equipment & Machinery Co., Ltd. In 2020 supplied 25-30 TPH (solids) Complete Alluvial Gold Processing Plant to Mali. The plant is fully Electric, configured with customized gold mining equipment composed of wet Ore Feed Hopper for feeding system to be feed with Dump Truck, high pressure Hydraulic monitors to break the clay, Static Grizzly equipped with high pressure Hydraulic network, Slurry channels rubber lined with High Pressure spray jet system, multi-classification gold trommel module with clay breaker mechanism including, fully integrated Centrifugal gold concentrator for the recovery of fine gold particles down to 0.040 mm (40 microns), and duplex Jig Concentrator for the recovery of coarse gold nugget particles (+2 mm).
The plant is designed with full security system and locking mechanism to protect the production against unauthorized access.
The plant is supplied with a gold concentrating/shaking table for the final cleanup and separation of the production in the gold room.
