DOVE Equipment & Machinery Co., Ltd. supplied a complete set of Stationary Processing plant, with feed capacity of 250 Tons Solid/ Hour, and Ore throughput capacity of 200 Tons/ Hour solids, for recovery of Placer/Alluvial Diamonds & Gold. The plant was configured for direct dry feeding of Placer Ore by dump truck to the Ore-Feed Station, Vibrating Grizzly, Trommel Classifier, primary Jig Concentrators and VBS^® Concentrators. The recovery stages included the recovery of coarse material (3 mm – 25 mm) utilizing Jig Concentrators, as well as undersize (- 3mm, down to 20 micron) utilizing VBS® Concentrators.
