ALASKA / ALLUVIAL GOLD PROJECT / 2007

DOVE Equipment & Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2007 supplied 50 TPH (solids) Complete Portable Gold Processing Plant (Portable Gold Wash Plant) to Alaska, USA. The plant was designed for 100% recovery of alluvial (Placer) gold particles, both Coarse and Fine Gold down to 50 micron (0.0050 mm).
Processing plant configuration consisted of wet Ore Feed Hopper for feeding system to be feed with Dump Trucks, high pressure Hydraulic monitors and Educing station to break the clay, Static Grizzly Feeder equipped with high pressure Hydraulic Spray Jet network, Slurry channels rubber lined with High Pressure spray jet network and security cover, gold classifier (Gold Trommel), which was fully integrated with duplex Jig Concentrator for the recovery of corse gold nugget particles (+2 mm) and VBS concentrator for the recovery of fine gold particles down to 0.050 mm (50 microns). The plant was supplied with high pressure Centrifugal Water Pumps and hydraulic system to supply water to the plant. The plant was fully powered with diesel Engines.

The plant was designed with full security system and locking mechanism to protect the production against unauthorized access.
The plant was supplied with a gold concentrating table (shaking table) for the final cleanup and separation of the production in the gold room.
