DOVE Equipment and Machinery in 2021 supplied EXPLORER^® – 200 Portable Processing Plant, with processing capacity of 20 TPH, for Placer/Alluvial Diamonds.

The plant was configured at minimum configuration for a small scale mining operation. The feeding module was designed and configured with the small Hopper, lowered to the lowest height possible in order to allow direct manual feeding, without the use of earth moving equipment, where the ore is automatically transported by Conveyor belt to the hopper of EXPLORER^® plant.

Plant included Classifier, Jig Concentrator and complete hydraulic network.

Plant included complete production security system and locking mechanism to protect production against unauthorized access.
