In 2014, DOVE supplied one unit of EXPLORER^®-500 Portable processing plant, with feed capacity of 60 Tons/Hour, configured for direct feed of dry Ore by excavator to the Ore Feed Hopper, Vibrating Grizzly separator to reject oversize rocks, Belt Conveyor to feed the Ore to the Trommel Hopper for classification and size selection, selected material bellow 20 mm to primary and secondary Jig Concentrators for recovery of all coarse gold and gold nuggets above 2 mm, and the balance of material bellow 2mm to VBS^® Concentrators for the recovery of fines. Plant used recycled water.
