EXPLORER® range of portable plants, designed for alluvial mining of Gold, Diamonds, other metals and minerals. Plants are supplied in 47 models with processing capacity ranging from 3-1,000 TPH solids (30-10,000 metric Tons/ Day) single shift of operation. Processing plants are supplied in tailor made configuration in accordance to the project specifications and are designed for the highest recovery rate of Gold, Diamonds, Base metals, Ferrous metals, and other metals & minerals down to 40 micron (0.04 mm), (0.0016 mm) particle size). Plants are designed with Security System to protect production against unauthorized access. Mercury-free, cyanide-free recovery, using only recycled water.

SUPERMINER® Mobile plants
Are fully mobile processing plants (wash plants), produced in 60 models, designed for alluvial mining of Gold, Diamonds, Gold and Diamonds/Gemstones together, Gemstones, and other metals and minerals. Plants are supplied with capacity range of 10-250 TPH solids (40-1,000 m3/Hour slurry). Processing plants are designed for the highest recovery rate of production from alluvial (placer) deposits, down to 40 micron (0.04 mm), (0.0016 mm) particle size. Plants include Production Security System to prevent unauthorised access, and operate only with recycled water, providing with secure and efficient sustainable mining operation.

Designed, patented, and manufactured exclusively by DOVE, for application of gold and diamond dredging, river mining of gold and diamonds. RIVERMINER® plants are combination of powerful Dredge and Floating plant, where the dredge mine the river, the floating plant connected and next to the dredge simultaneously and automatically process the material and recovers all gold and diamonds, down to 40 micron size. RIVERMINER® Floating Plants are designed for the highest recovery of Gold, and Diamonds, with no loss. RIVERMINER® Floating Plants are configured with Production Security System to prevent the unauthorised access to the production. The recovery process is chemocal-free (no mercury, no cyanide), and tailings do not contain any toxic compounds, which makes river mining operations environment-friendly.
