DOVE Equipment & Machinery Co., Ltd., in 2021, customized, supplied and implemented a 40 TPH or 400 TPD complete crushing, grinding, screening and processing plant, configured for the recovery of 100% of gold particles, with no loss, from Quartz rock (Hard Rock) deposits. The Ore at upper level was consist of Quartz Rock particles mixed with Alluvial material and at further depth the reach to main deposit in Hard rock.

The plant is configured with a main feed hopper designed for Dry feed and is fed by Earth Moving Equipment. The plant also includes complete two stage crushing, composed of DOVE Jaw Crusher, DOVE Impact Crusher, and grinding lines consist of DOVE Ball Mill, as well as Screening section and processing stages with DOVE’s advanced Centrifugal Gold Concentrators, for efficient recovery of the gold particles, down to 0.040 mm (40 microns).

Project was also supplied with Gold Room, configured with DOVE Concentrating Table for final cleanup of Gold Concentrate and DOVE Melting Furnace and complete accessories to produce Gold Bars and stamping tools. The ore is mostly composed of quartz rocks, but also contains alluvial/sandy particles. The crushing stages were designed according to the characteristics of the quartz rocks, which were determined through analyzes in DOVE LABORATORY facility.

The plant is 100% environmentally safe and uses only recycled water.

DOVE also conducted the detail engineering plant design and site construction design planning.
