SIERRA LEONE GOLD AND DIAMONDS ALLUVIAL MINE

In 2017 DOVE manufactured and commissioned one unit the EXPLORER^®-200 complete processing plant, as pilot plant, with processing capacity of 20-25 Tons/Hour (Solids), for alluvial Gold & Diamonds mining operation in Sierra Leone.

The plant is designed for the recovery of the coarse and fine gold & diamond production and configured to process light to medium clay ore.

Plant was configured with wet-balk feed Hopper, for feeding by dump truck and other earthmoving equipment, including high pressure Canon/Monitor for slurry feeding the ore to the classifier. This method would result in early breakdown of ore and liberation of the gold and diamonds particles from the host clay.

Plant was also configured with Jig Concentrators for recovery of coarse gold and diamond particles over 2mm, as well as VBS^® concentrator for recovery of fine particles bellow 2mm.

Plant was also supplied with complete Gold Room, which included DOVE Concentrating Table for final cleanup of Gold production and one unit of DOVE Furnace, stamping tools and accessories for melting Gold production to Gold Bars.
