MADAGASCAR / SAPPHIRE MINE / 2008

DOVE Equipment & Machinery Co., Ltd. supplied a complete stationary processing plant, for recovery of placer Sapphires, with ore feed capacity of 150 Tons/hour. Plant was configured to use recycled water and direct feed to the primary Trommel by the excavator and followup feeding of classified material (-25mm) by the vertical Slurry pump to secondary Cone Trommel and primary Jig Concentrators for the recovery of sapphires.
