DIATOMITE & Feldspar project / THAILAND / 2024

DRY PROCESSING PLANT, CAPACITY 40-50 TPD.

DOVE manufactured and supplied fully integrated processing plant designed for recovery of Diatomite, sedimentary rocks, consolidated Diatomaceous earth minerals and Feldspar Dry Processing, with a processing capacity of 40-50 Tons per day.

The plant engineering design and site construction was performed by DOVE engineering and technical department in July 2024, in Thailand.

The plant is configured for dry feeding, composed of bulk feed hopper (2.2. x 2.8 x 1.0) meters, designed for feeding by earth moving equipment. Ore is continuously transported by screw conveyor with capacity of 30 TPH and 10 meters length to high pressure grinding mill with maximum feed size (30 mm) and discharge output of 150 mesh (0.105 mm).
The plant is also configured with classifier, blower and dust collector and cyclone module to refine the minerals. The plant height is 8.5 meters.
